High capacity refrigeration dryers
Models F120HS to F180HS are so named because the volume flow of each model ranges from 12 to 180 m³/min.

Low and medium-capacity refrigerant dryers
Models F4S to F100S have volume flows ranging from 0.4 to 10 m³/min. These are low and medium-capacity dryers.
Absorption Dryer
CompAir offers a range of high efficiency heatless and heat regenerative compressed air dryers for the removal of water vapour from a compressed air supply. Adsorption compressed air dryers remove moisture by passing air over a regenerative desiccant material, which attracts and retains the water vapour molecules. The term pressure dew point refers to the temperature at which water condensation will occur, a typical pressure dew point specified for an adsorption dryer is -40°C which prevents corrosion and inhibits the growth of microorganisms.
Air absorption dryer
The CompAir A-Series dryers use the heat-less, or PSA, method to regenerate the adsorbent material. These are the simplest adsorption type available and have long been the choice for many industries and applications. Reliable and cost effective and for small to medium flow systems, these are often the only viable technology available. Modular versions such as the A-Series are an even more reliable, smaller, more compact and lightweight solution. They can be installed in the compressor room or at the point of use.
Compared to traditional twin tower dryer designs, the CompAir compressed air dryer’s unique modular construction is typically a lot smaller and lighter than comparable twin tower desiccant dryers. Providing a simple to install and easy to maintain design which is fully corrosion protected and supported by numerous international standard approvals.
Heatless desiccant dryers
A_XS and A_TX series adsorption dryers have activated carbon stages & are a reliable and proven purification unit which meets extreme requirements when the compressed air must not only be dried, but also be odourless and free from oil.
Heat regenerative desiccant dryers
Series A_TV and A_RS series adsorption dryers utilise active-heating, combined with intensive vacuum supported cooling, which defines the industry standard for heat-regenerative dryers.
For many oil-free applications the heat-of-compression drying process is the most energy efficient way. CompAir offers a range of highly efficient HOC dryers offering lowest operating costs and extremely low-noise operation.

Innovative combined refrigeration/adsorption dryer technology
CompAir’s innovative CDT Series of compressed air dryers from 2.5 to 34 m³/min combines refrigerant and adsorption dryer technology delivering high quality compressed air at low energy consumption levels.
The unique technology combination of the CDT Series offers lower energy consumption compared to traditional heatless and heat regenerative adsorption dryer technology.
